Besides the fact that Hamlet is a cigar brand, it is also known for its high-caliber promotional videos. Collaborating with Saffron Jones, our intention was to craft a promotional video that not only maintains this standard but also stands as a contemporary piece ready for relevance over the next five decades.

Upon scrutinizing Hamlet's advertising strategies, two distinctive features gather our attention: a consistent injection of humor and the recurring portrayal of a male figure enjoying a cigar (robots not included).

 

It was mutually decided that our promotional video would feature a narrative involving a woman engaged in an (unsuccessful) date with another woman, who, in a departure from the established norm, will be depicted smoking a cigar afterwards.
